The Semi-Automatic Screen/Disc Filter TDS Series by TAVLIT offers a cutting-edge water filtration solution designed for low flow rates up to 20 m³/h. This innovative filter combines the benefits of two distinct cleaning components:

Disc Filtration: Utilizing grooved plastic discs that stack on a telescopic spine, it delivers fine filtration (up to 20-425 microns) and can be flushed efficiently with minimal water consumption.

Screen Filtration: Featuring high-quality INOX 316 stainless steel mesh, it provides robust, coarse filtration, ideal for capturing larger debris and particulate matter.

Both cleaning methods are integrated into one automatic system. When the head loss reaches a preset value (typically 0.5-0.7 bar), the controller initiates a flushing cycle—closing the inlet, opening the drain, and redirecting water through the bypass screen. Specially designed venturi devices inject air to create an effective air-water mixture that cleans the filter elements without interrupting the water supply.

This versatile system is ideal for agriculture, turf management, greenhouse hydroponics, and industrial water treatment. It is designed for users who demand uninterrupted irrigation even during maintenance, with customizable options to suit specific water quality challenges.
